住客評價分析
- Cleanliness5.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms and soft linens, but others reported chip crumbs, cigarette smell and explicitly called cleanliness 'terrible' — overall below average.
- Service7.2
Mostly positive: multiple reviews highlight friendly, helpful and accommodating staff and early check-in; isolated reports cite rude staff at reception/kitchen and slow/understaffed valet.
- Location8.0
Consistently strong: repeatedly noted as conveniently located for attractions, stadiums and restaurants; many guests praised the location as a primary benefit.
- Room Quality7.5
Generally good: rooms described as spacious with comfortable king beds and modern interiors; occasional issues noted (TV problems, plumbing, slow-draining shower).
- Amenities6.3
Mixed: breakfast often praised but complaints about no AC in lobby/dining, understaffed valet and limited breakfast-to-go options lower the score slightly.
- Value for Money7.0
Positive value perception: several guests said price is good for the location and amenities, though some service/cleanliness issues temper the value impression.
- Food and Beverage6.9
Breakfast frequently called 'good' or 'delicious' and plentiful, but guests wanted to-go options and longer weekend hours — overall slightly above average.
- Overall Experience6.0
Mixed overall: many would stay again based on staff, location and comfortable rooms, but noise (late-night club/underground parties), safety concerns from one report and cleanliness problems lowered some stays.

The plumbing was on issue. We had to contact the front desk to fix our toilet and the water in the shower was slow to leak out. The local club played music from 9:30 pm- 5 am.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The Location of the building puts you close to lots of important places. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were great.

It was a bit loud on the weekend nights, so I would think about packing some ear buds.
