The location is fantastic... close to the best place to walk in San Francisco. Carlos' attention was unbeatable, always attentive to everything. I would stay at that hotel again without a doubt.

A great and very comfortable king-size bed, not too soft, pretty decor, detachable shower head, premium brands of shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, stable Wi-Fi, central and safe location near Ferry Building and plenty of public transport.

The room was a bit dark with a small window, whose opening mechanism we did not understand. A ceiling light would have been nice and a makeup mirror.

Excellent location on the harbor in a quiet neighborhood (Financial District) with a predominance of offices. Consequently, if you happen to be there on the weekend for dinner, it's better to move along the harbor. For those arriving from the airport, the BART train stop is quite close. In the Ferry Building area or on Market Street, you will find other public transportation options. It's better not to use a car in the city, parking is very expensive. You can rent bikes, better if e-bikes given the slopes, especially if you plan to cover some kilometers (the hotel has some bikes available for free but they are not electrically assisted). The room is clean. The breakfast is more than enough with various pastries and muffins, yogurt, fruit juices, fruit, coffee, and some spreads. There is also a gym in the building. Not having used it, I don't know if access for hotel guests is only by arrangement or free.

The room, as reported by others, is small by USA standards. Ours overlooked an interior courtyard. Even if you don't use the air conditioner, you can hear the noise from others. However, with the window closed, it wasn't bothersome for us. Breakfast is served in the lobby and is consumed using the tables and chairs and armchairs there. A hotel like this should have had a dedicated room. There is no savory option.
