This is a charming hotel housed in a historic building. I have stayed here many times over the years for work-related reasons. The staff have always been very kind, but on this recent visits, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the reception team and the doormen to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so kind and pleasant, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Unusually for a hotel of this size, the lobby is quite spacious; I also enjoy the light pastries served in the morning and the wine offered in the evening.　I strongly recommend a room with a window facing the sea, from which you can see the Bay Bridge!

多年來，每次去舊金山都受到照顧。除了地點對我的工作很方便之外，這裡面向舊金山灣，渡輪大樓和超市都在步行幾分鐘內，附近也有幾家水準很高的餐廳，因此十分便利。最重要的是，飯店員工非常親切，而且若是海側的房間，景色也很棒。

多年來，每次去舊金山都受到照顧。除了地點對我的工作很方便之外，這裡面向舊金山灣，渡輪大樓和超市都在步行幾分鐘內，附近也有幾家水準很高的餐廳，因此十分便利。最重要的是，飯店員工非常親切，而且若是海側的房間，景色也很棒。
