Centrally located. The place is good overall and fine for a stay. Nearby train and bus station and metro accessibility, food options etc are a plus. The property appears to be under renovation or construction, which might explain the setup; hopefully, the work is finished soon.

Accessibility is a significant issue. It was not revealed in advance that two of the beds were placed in an elevated area within the single room. Reaching those two beds requires using a staircase, making it poorly accessible for older people.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, and the cigarette smell in the room was very strong, there were cigarette butts on the terrace. The elevator did not work at 7 AM, I had to carry the suitcases down the stairs.

There was ongoing construction which made it messy and unsafe (rickety elevator, broken window, stairwell construction materials, etc.). There was a large loose piece of plastic flapping on the roof outside causing a lot of noise, and the carpet was not clean.
