The disrespect from the host. I gave her all my booking details and she said she was unable to verify. They had me wait for hours and they service all other customers and I was served last.

Everything was bad, not clean, internet bad, towels are so bad they are dirty with bad smell. They didn’t provide me with slippers, and when I asked them for it, they said ok and never provided it. The customer service and care was very bad, there’s no to contact, I had an argument with the owner and said that I will file a complaint she told me do whatever you want, her name is Maria
