I had to wait 40 minutes to get my key, I was hot hungry and sweaty, the agent was rude and never apologised for keeping me waiting to get into my room, never spoke to me and handed me 3 keys even 2 keys were useless and never opened the door so I had to take them off the key ring because they were annoying when want one key to open the door

Everything was bad, not clean, internet bad, towels are so bad they are dirty with bad smell. They didn’t provide me with slippers , and when I asked them for it , they said ok and never provided it. The customer service and care was very bad , there’s no to contact, I had an argument with the owner and said that I will file a complaint she told me do whatever you want , her name is Maria
