The beds squeak, they didn't even bother to take out the trash, but at 09:30 on the check-out day, the housekeeping came to rush us, reminding us that we had to leave before 11. The room doesn't even have windows, and the breakfast has a lot of room for improvement

The location was perfect for our needs to walk to Ball Arena. The rooms are new and clean. The staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed when a lot of guests checked in at once. The check-in area is a little tight.

Waiting for elevators, almost at any time of day was frustrating. It is also unusual that the cleaning staff use the same elevators. I guess space for elevators was a planning issue.
