住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.8
Many reviews note rooms are new and clean, but there are specific complaints (shower needing scrubbing, missing trash can liners) and one strong 'Not clean!' comment, so cleanliness is slightly below excellent.
- Service8.0
Mixed service: multiple reports of friendly, helpful staff and special assistance (breakfast to-go), but also mentions of unenthusiastic front-desk, overwhelmed staff at busy check-in, and early/pressuring housekeeping.
- Location9.5
Consistently praised as excellent central location — walkable to Ball Arena, 16th Street and local venues; close to stadium and convenient for events.
- Room Quality8.5
Rooms frequently described as new, comfortable and spacious with fridges, but occasional issues (squeaky beds, some windowless or darker basement rooms, bed firmness preferences) are noted.
- Amenities8.0
Good on-site amenities cited (bar with shuffleboard, coffee/tea station, water refill), but elevator capacity/waits and shared service elevators are operational drawbacks; parking is available but paid.
- Value for Money6.8
Several guests call out high costs (notably parking at ~USD 55) and comment that there are better-priced options downtown, indicating weaker value perception.
- Food and Beverage7.5
Breakfast receives mixed feedback — many praise it as good/abundant, while others find it lacking in healthy options (no natural yogurt or whole grain bread) and say it could be improved.
- Overall Experience8.7
Overall sentiment is positive: clean, modern facility with ideal location and many satisfied guests, tempered by occasional service/operational and value issues noted above.
住客評論
I liked the convenience of the location.
I liked the convenience of the location.
The shower could've used a scrubbing around the door. We only had one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no trash can liners. The front staff seemed very unenthusiastic about working there, not very welcoming. I typically stay at Hilton hotels and have always been able to rave about my stay but this one was mediocre.
Great central location, walkable to a lot of local places, quiet rooms, good breakfast.
