The room sizes are tiny. And no full length mirror at all in the room.
Enjoyable stay, but the only downside is that having stayed for several nights, after a whole day spent outside, upon returning the room had not been cleaned with the towel change. Going down to the lobby and kindly asking for at least clean towels, the attendant, seeing us as a couple, thought it best to give us only one large towel. I would recommend the stay for the hotel and location, but not for the staff services.

The rooms are very small. We had a room near the elevator, the noise was just unbearable. There are no luggage storage facilities before check-in or after check-out. We recommend a small place across the street that charges $8 per bag.

I checked out one day earlier. I confirmed the procedure for early check out 4 times with different receptionists. The procedure is that I leave the key at the time they advised me to and they do check out and refund me. However, I have not received any confirmation or refund yet. I have written to the hotel several times and they have been ignoring me. Booking.com is ignoring my written queries too. I will remove this comment and increase the rating once I get my money back. The Hotel staff please refund my money.

That's why we are very satisfied and would always recommend it. You can check in at any time, just inform them if you are checking in late. There is a small café in the hotel where you can buy a sandwich or pastry for breakfast, have a morning coffee on the terrace while famous SF cable cars pass by.
