The room sizes are tiny. And no full length mirror at all in the room.

Piacevole soggiorno, ma l’unica nota negativa è che avendo pernottato per più notti, dopo una giornata intera passata fuori, rientrando la camera non era stata rifatta con il cambio asciugamani annesso. Scendendo nella hall, chiedendo gentilmente almeno gli asciugamani puliti, l’addetta vedendoci in due, ha ben pensato di darci solamente un asciugamano grande. Consiglierei il soggiorno per l’hotel e la posizione, ma non per i servizi del personale

Les chambre sont très petite. Nous avions une chambre à proximité de l'ascenseur, c'était juste intenable le bruit. Il n'y a pas de consignes pour les valises ni avant le checking, ni apres le check-out On vous conseille et un petit endroit qui est de l'autre côté de la rue qui a 8$ par bagages.

I checked out one day earlier. I confirmed the procedure for early check out 4 times with different receptionists. The procedure is that I leave the key at the time they adviced me to and they do check out and refund me. However, I have not received any confirmation or refund yet. I have written to the hotel several times and they have been ignoring me. Booking.com is ignoring my written queries too. I will remove this comment and increase the rating once I get my money back. The Hotel staff please refund my money.

Treći put smo ovdje odsjeli. Odličan hotel ako ne tražite posebne sadržaje i lijepe poglede. Nama je bila bitna lokacija,čistoća,udoban krevet i cijena. Zato smo super zadovoljni i preporučili bi uvijek. Prijaviti se može u bilo koje doba,samo im napomenete ako se prijavljujete kasno. U sklopu hotela je mali kafić u kojem možete kupiti sendvič ili pecivo za doručak,popiti jutarnju kavicu na terasi dok kraj vas prolaze poznati SF cable cars.
