Upon arrival, I asked at the reception if breakfast for the four people was included and they confirmed that it was. However, when having breakfast, they charged me for my youngest daughter because they mentioned that the age limit for minors was 11 years and my daughter is 15 years old. This misunderstanding is caused because when booking on Expedia, when you confirm a minor, you enter the age from 0 to 17 years old, but in this hotel, they only consider minors from 0 to 11 years old.

My favorite hotel is in Querétaro. They are very friendly. The pool is heated. I was there on very rainy days and they allowed me to have my car serviced in the parking lot as it had gotten a little water inside. Thank you very much.
