Al llegar pregunte en la recepción si el desayuno para las cuatro personas estaba incluido y me confirmaron que si Sin embargo al tomar el desayuno me cobraron el de mi hija menor ya que mencionaron que la edad de los menores límite eran 11 años y mi hija tiene 15años Este mal entendido es causado por que al reservar en expedia cuando confirmas un menor ingresar la edad de 0 a 17 años pero en este hotel solo consideran a los menores de 0 a 11 años

Mi hotel favorito es Querétaro. Son muy amables. La alberca está climatizada. Me tocó en días de mucha lluvia y dejaron que me hicieran el servicio se mi coche en el estacionamiento ya que se le había metido un poco el agua. Muchas gracias.
