Everything. Loud, old, not well maintained, no one helps with the luggage to go up all the stairs, the food was not good and the entire staff weird. This is not a five-star hotel.

At times, the service felt a bit too informal, and there was limited guidance regarding the hotel’s services, amenities, and offerings, which could leave guests feeling somewhat lost. A more structured welcome and clearer communication would elevate the overall experience considerably.

The location is great if you are looking to stay in the historic district. This place has no parking but there is 24 hrs public parking around the corner.
