When we arrived, the room floor needed to be broomed. No housekeeping. They had a party overnight, and the music was extremely loud; it was hard to sleep. We needed to do the check out early in the morning. Nobody was at the reception area, nor anywhere else around. We left the keys in the counter with a note.
