The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The towels are of very good quality. The bathroom has all the amenities. Complimentary water. Friendly staff. Despite the inconveniences, I would stay at this establishment again. Thank you

You have to request daily cleaning. We stayed for 5 nights and had to request cleaning. They did not change the bed sheets any day (one of them had stains). And they did not clean the floor either. Problems with the toilet due to a blockage (we had to notify twice because they did not pay attention the first time). Despite the inconveniences, I would stay at this establishment again. Thank you

I booked a double bed but they gave me 1 bed. Then they moved me to another room with another single bed. I asked if they could just give us two rooms and they said no. We walked upstairs to get our things to bring back downstairs to get another room and they said they were going to give us two rooms. It was the 6th time coming to the lobby at that point. Sent my son back up to the room with his luggage and then he gave me my room. The key didn't work. I had to go back downstairs. Came back up, got into the room next door, the alarm clock was going off and did not stop for 2 hours even though I asked for it to be turned off. Each time they changed rooms or I told them something was wrong, I had to take the elevator downstairs. Then one of the elevators broke, making the process longer. On top of that, the parking garage was almost a mile from the front door. I had to pull my heavy luggage because the police didn't want us to park in the front while getting the room and trying to drop off luggage. Someone could be kidnapped at night because the officer on duty just chills in the cut looking at his phone.

No complimentary breakfast, and no one cleaned our room while we were there. The parking was difficult, which we paid for, and there was no handicap accessibility.

Extra charge for parking ($50) and extra charge for buffet breakfast ($20) or Executive Package ($30) including breakfast and concierge area, which was not replenished during my stay.
We have stayed here several times due to the location. We have two kids going to college at Gallaudet and move them into the dorms for the new year.

Parking is at a little distance, but you can drop your stuff off at the hotel first.

Although we had daily cleaning and towel changes, they did not tidy up or change the towels. I brought up the issue with the staff and they told me that there was no staff available at that moment, they only gave me the towels
