Had a dormitory feel to things and the noise level on the Friday evening surely matched that feel. Conflicting details from my reservation (via Booking.com) and the front desk at check-in. Tried explaining to the worker, while complying with his requests, but the worker was rather abrasive. You'd think I was checking into a penitentiary and not a hotel. And I led with the fact that I was tired after a long day of work amd travel. Over the phone, the worker was bit better but at check-out, we ended exactly how we started- curt, no warmth, to the point. The room was pretty clean. However, the towels could've been laundered a bit more thoroughly. If you're on a budget, below 30 and need to be close enough to the heart of things, this hotel set up may suit your needs. I saw the photos, the campus details ans thought it would've been a good switch-up from my regular choice but it didn't materialise that way. PS. Requested a copy of the agreement I signed at check-in, still haven't received it. I was almost certain I wouldn't have. The front desk guy (Robert, I believe) answered my request in a way where you know he was trying to keep the transaction moving but obviously had no intention of obliging. I'm generally an easy going customer but the staff interaction coupled with the facility made for an underwhelming experience. I get as humans, we feel how we feel about others BUT there are processes and we still commit to a job and honestly, I think a great deal of my experience was colored by my interactions with Robert. I've stayed in hostels in remote spaces of the world with less but better staff and left with better impressions.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada a la llegada. Las toallas son de muy buena calidad. El baño tiene todos los compementos. Agua de cortesía. Personal amable. A pesar de los inconvenientes, volvería a alojarme en este establecimiento. Gracias

Hay que avisar para que limpien diariamente. Estuvimos 5 noches y tuvimos que reclamar la limpieza. No cambiaron las sábanas de las camas ningún día (una de ellas tenía manchas). Y tampoco limpiaron el suelo. Problemas con el wc por atasco (tuvimos que avisar dos veces porque la primera no hicieron caso). A pesar de los inconvenientes, volvería a alojarme en este establecimiento. Gracias

I booked a double bed but they gave me 1 bed. Then they move me rooms and it was another single bed. I asked if they could jus give us two rooms and they said no. We walked up stairs and got our things to bring back downstairs to get another room and they said we gonna give you two rooms. 6 time coming to the lobby at that point. Sent my son nack up to the room wit his luggage and then he gave me my room. Key didnt work. Had to go back downstairs. Came back up got into the room next door alarm clock was going off and did not stop for 2hrs even tho i asked for it to be turned off. Mind you each time they changed rooms or I told them something was wrong I had to take the elevator down stairs. Then one of the elevators broke so that made the process longer. On top of the parking garage being almost a mile from the front door. Pulling my heavy luggage because the police didnt want us to park in the front while getting room and trying to drop off luggage. Someone could be kidnapped at night because the officer on duty jus chills in the cut looking at his phone.

No complimentary breakfast, and the fact that no one cleaned our room while we were there. The parking was difficult which we paid for, and handicap accessibility was not there.

Extra charge for parking ($50) and extra charge for buffet breakfast ($20) or Executive Package ($30) included breakfast and concierge area which was not replenished during my stay.

Location we have stayed here several times. We have two kids going to college at Gallaudet move them into the dorms for the new year.
