The breakfast didn't seem very fresh to me, but it was okay.

The location in front of the train station is very convenient. The bed is comfortable. I had a room facing the courtyard on the top floor and it was quiet.

What a disappointment... I booked a room for only two nights, and because of the rain, the ceiling leaked and a puddle formed in my room! The issue was reported to reception, they couldn't change my room because the hotel was full, I was told a technician would come the next day and I would be moved to another room. Well: nothing happened. I wasn't moved to another room, my problem was not resolved at all. When I left, the person at the reception told me that the manager was not there and that she could not offer me any commercial gesture. I was invited to complain to an email address, which I did with supporting photos and videos. I only received a response a week later, informing me that I was being offered 60€ in points in my Accor Hotel account. This means that to benefit from this advantage, I have to spend money again with this group, it's a commercial method that leaves the customer losing no matter what because I rarely stay in a hotel. But well, the customer must say thank you and be content.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are catching a train from Brussels Midi. Niki on reception was really friendly and even produced a box of chocolates for me because she noticed my birthday was coming up. The breakfast was good.

The surrounding area is not so nice and you have to walk quite a way to find restaurants, but it is a short ride on the train or metro to the Grand Place.
