Das Frühstück erschien mir nicht ganz so frisch, war aber ok.

L'emplacement en face de la gare est très pratique. Le lit est confortable. J'avais une chambre côté cour au dernier étage et c'était silencieux.

Quelle déception... J'ai réservé une chambre pour deux nuits seulement, et à cause de la pluie, le plafond a fuit et une flaque s'est formée dans ma chambre ! Le problème a été signalé à la réception, on n'a pas pu me changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet, on m'a dit qu'un technicien devrait passer le lendemain et que je serai changée de chambre. Et bien : rien. Je n'ai pas été changée de chambre, mon problème n'a pas du tout été résolu. Lorsque je suis partie, la personne a la réception m'a dit que le manager n'était pas là et qu'elle ne pouvait en aucun cas m'accorder un geste commercial. J'ai été invitée à me plaindre auprès d'une adresse mail, ce que j'ai fait avec preuves photos et vidéos à l'appui. Je n'ai reçu une réponse qu'une semaine plus tard, m'informant qu'on m'offrait 60€ sous forme de points dans mon compte Accor Hotel. Cela signifie que pour bénéficier de cet avantage, je dois à nouveau dépenser de l'argent pour ce groupe, c'est une méthode commerciale qui laisse le client perdant quoi qu'il arrive car je ne dors qu'hyper rarement dans un hôtel. Mais bon, le client doit dire merci et s'en contenter.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are catching a train from Brussels Midi. Niki on reception was really friendly and even produced a box of chocolates for me because she noticed my birthday was coming up. The breakfast was good.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are catching a train from Brussels Midi. Niki on reception was really friendly and even produced a box of chocolates for me because she noticed my birthday was coming up. The breakfast was good.

The surrounding area is not so nice and you have to walk quite a way to find restaurants, but it is a short ride on the train or metro to the Grand Place.
