It was a very large room, with good kitchen

Several items missing from the room when we first checked in eg. dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, coffee machine, tea and coffee facilities, a cutting knife, white noise machine - seems like the room wasn’t properly prepared for new guests? We had to ask reception for all these items, but they should already be in the room when we checked in. The room was extremely dark, we had to ask for an extra lamp to be brought into the room. Bathroom is tiny and needs updating and warning it has NO ventilation whatsoever (we confirmed with staff).

The floor was not particularly clean, especially the carpet. In addition, the hotel is very noisy, and we were unlucky with loud neighbors. The room is very large, but our bathroom was quite small and offered little storage space.
