我们刚入住时发现房间里缺少了几样物品，比如洗碗机片、洗洁精、咖啡机、茶和咖啡设施、切菜刀、白噪音机 - 房间似乎没有为新客人做好准备？我们不得不向前台要求提供所有这些物品，但这些应该在我们入住时就已经在房间里了。房间非常昏暗，我们不得不要求再添置一盏台灯。浴室非常小，需要更新，需要注意的是完全没有通风设施（我们向员工确认过）。
