Mixed reports: several guests mention clean rooms while others report needing a deep clean (stains on chairs, request to reinstate mid-week refresh).
Generally helpful and responsive staff and praised timeshare owners, but a few reports of poor or inconsistent service (early checkout knocking, an unhelpful staff member, and an instance of bad customer service).
Consistently praised: excellent, very walkable location close to the harbor and Main Street, waterfront views and easy access to Key West attractions.
Mixed quality: some units described as amazing and comfortable, others notably tiny or worn (very small studio layouts, obstructed views in some rooms).
Strong amenities like a great pool area, mature landscaping and waterfront access are frequently noted; parking is available but can be expensive.
Mixed value: some guests enjoyed the stay and preferred the property to alternatives, while others report unexpected/excess fees and higher total costs than expected.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall positive: many guests loved the location, pool and waterfront feel and would return, but caveats include occasional tiny rooms, extra fees, and inconsistent cleanliness/service.

Great pool, amazing location. Right in the heart of Key West. Would definitely stay here again. I could walk to everything. Room was amazing and clean.

Parking was expensive, but understandable.
We really hated this stay. We booked through Hyatt and had absolutely no idea a room could be so tiny. We literally had to put our carry-on size luggage on the floor of the bathroom (bathroom was a good size) as there is absolutely no space. Even the coffee maker had to be moved into the bathroom, as it sits in front of the microwave, which you are unable to open otherwise. Closet floor space was a broom & a safe - so only enough storage for a backpack. There is a bed & two chairs, but chairs were disgusting (no doubt what those white stains were🤬). Then they have the audacity to ask you to strip the bed, wtf?? The room had a great view of the parking garage and instead of waking to the sound of waves, you wake to the large garbage trucks in the morning. I have absolutely no idea how this place has good reviews - it was absolutely horrible! (Also, be ready for fees, our $1000 stay ended up costing $1500, not due to food/bar, but excess fees charged!!)
