- Cleanliness7.0
Mixed reports: several guests mention clean rooms while others report needing a deep clean (stains on chairs, request to reinstate mid-week refresh).
- Service8.6
Generally helpful and responsive staff and praised timeshare owners, but a few reports of poor or inconsistent service (early checkout knocking, an unhelpful staff member, and an instance of bad customer service).
- Location9.5
Consistently praised: excellent, very walkable location close to the harbor and Main Street, waterfront views and easy access to Key West attractions.
- Room Quality7.2
Mixed quality: some units described as amazing and comfortable, others notably tiny or worn (very small studio layouts, obstructed views in some rooms).
- Amenities8.8
Strong amenities like a great pool area, mature landscaping and waterfront access are frequently noted; parking is available but can be expensive.
- Value for Money7.7
Mixed value: some guests enjoyed the stay and preferred the property to alternatives, while others report unexpected/excess fees and higher total costs than expected.
- Food and Beverage8.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
