We love the spacious feel of the room and the luxurious amenities. Staff are welcoming and quick to provide excellent, professional service. The location is perfect and it's the only place we stay during our annual visits to Toronto.

There is honestly nothing we don't like about this hotel. We don't like leaving.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Xavier. The location is good and the bathroom is spacious and nice, as well as the dressing room. The bathroom products are very good. It all depends on the price paid, at the price of my stay it is correct, at the price of other dates the price is not justified in any way.

The internet connection is unstable. Why do I have to ask for the data every time I connect? It is not clear that I am staying for four days, don't ask me to verify the data all the time. For a 5-star hotel, it is supposed to have many services of that category. There is no room to be able to relax reading, etc. It is understood that by having more luxurious residences and penthouses it has the category for those other areas, but the common area is very basic. There is no information on where the pool is, for example. Why only one bathrobe is provided? If there are two of us, there should be two bathrobes.
