We love the spacious feel of the room and the luxurious amenities. Staff are welcoming and quick to provide excellent, professional service. The location is perfect and it's the only place we stay during our annual visits to Toronto.

There is honestly nothing we don't like about this hotel. We don't like leaving.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, en especial el conserje Xavier. La ubicación es buena y el baño es amplio y agradable, igual que el vestidor. Los productos del baño son muy buenos. Todo depende del precio que se pague, al precio de mi estancia es correcto, al precio de otras fechas no se justifica el precio de ningún modo.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, en especial el conserje Xavier. La ubicación es buena y el baño es amplio y agradable, igual que el vestidor. Los productos del baño son muy buenos. Todo depende del precio que se pague, al precio de mi estancia es correcto, al precio de otras fechas no se justifica el precio de ningún modo.

La conexión a internet es inestable. ¿Por qué hay que pedir en cada conexión los datos? No queda claro que estoy cuatro días, no me pidas a cada rato verificar los datos. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, se supone, no tiene muchos servicios de esa categoría. No hay una habitación para poder estar tranquilo leyendo, etc. Se entiende que al tener residencias y áticos más lujosos posee la categoría por esas otras zonas, pero la zona común es muy básica. No hay información de dónde se encuentra la piscina, por ejemplo. ¿Por qué solo se pone un albornoz? Si somos dos debe haber dos albornoces.
