It's hard to see the hotel from the street.

There are stairs. No coffee and tea in the rooms, no kettle, very poor breakfast.

The staff was occasionally unfriendly. The parking facilities were poor, as there are only very tight parking spaces at the hotel and you had to be very careful. The breakfast was poor, as it was very basic. You even had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee

An unacceptable situation for an accommodation facility. Breakfast was never seen, despite being included. No clear information and no actual service received. Even regarding the receipt, I had a very unprofessional experience: I had requested the receipt, but I was told it was issued in euros, while in reality, it was in lek, with an amount indicated of 1.66, which did not correspond to what I expected. Overall, terrible service, poor cleanliness, and unprofessional management. One of the worst experiences I've had. I absolutely do not recommend this property.
