A very unpleasant start to my experience in Albania I booked a room with a balcony, but arrived at around 3 a.m., completely exhausted after the journey, only to find that I had been given a room without even a window. After such a long journey, I simply didn’t have the energy to argue and decided to go to sleep. But then came another problem: the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly, and it was unbearably hot. I called the owner, but instead of trying to solve the problem, she insisted that the air conditioning was working perfectly fine. Apparently, the problem was simply my perception. As a result, I barely slept that night in what felt like a sauna. In the morning, I was told that there were no rooms available — meaning that my booked room had somehow already been given to someone else. After I decided to file a complaint with Booking.com, a miracle happened: the room suddenly became available. And, surprisingly, this time the air conditioning was working properly as well. This whole situation cost me almost half a day in Tirana. After barely sleeping during the night, I had to go back to sleep as soon as I finally got the room I had originally booked. As for the breakfast, it was quite mediocre, so in my opinion you can easily skip it. On the positive side, the hotel has a very convenient location. There is a shop just a few steps away, and most places are easily accessible. However, a good location does not compensate for the way guests are treated or for what happened with my room. It is especially unpleasant when, after arriving at 3 a.m. exhausted from the journey, you are given a room without a window instead of the room with a balcony that you booked, and then your complaint about the heat is simply dismissed. It is very unfortunate that my introduction to Albania started with an experience like this.

Pequeno almoço péssimos e funcionária muito antipática.

Non saprei da dove cominciare per definire il nostro soggiorno non ho mai avuto esperienze del genere… Sangue sulle lenzuola oltre che strappate,shampoo semivuoto (di clienti andati via),doccia fredda per tutto il soggiorno,”pantofole monouso” = pantofole usate e riusate da altri,colazione a “buffet” = colazione che decidono loro,non lasciano scelta,dolce o salato,decidono loro cosa devi mangiare,lavandino che gocciolante,segnalato mi hanno risposto di mettere un asciugamano a terra che sarebbero passati loro poi,hanno messo a terra un asciugamano pulita…SCORTESI,PER NULLA AL SERVIZIO DEL CLIENTE E SPORCHI. AH E NON RISPONDONO MAI AL BUONGIORNO E BUONASERA,ANCHE SE DETTA IN QUALSIASI LINGUA.

No hot water in either of the bathrooms

L ho scelto per la posizione centrale e la colazione ma in quest'ultima nulla di particolare. La stanza era ampia ma senza finestra c'era solo una fila di vetro cemento almeno quella data a noi e non c'erano balconi come in foto. Una nota negativa che non fanno né pulizia né cambio asciugamano né rifanno i letti.
