The bathroom smells bad at times, and the staff are not too friendly, especially at the restaurant (during breakfast time). Maybe they are too tired from so many guests 😊
Room is decent, a bit outdated, but clean and spacious. Beds are quite hard. Facilities such as the lobby, restaurant, and pool are very good. Very child-friendly. Breakfast buffet is more than adequate. Location in Ancol is quiet, cooler than in the city, and has fresher sea air.

Breakfast buffet quality could be better for a 4-star hotel. Rooms are a bit worn out. Separate entrance fee required for Ancol. With Bluebird or Grab, you don't have to pay for parking.
