THERE IS A LACK OF MAINTENANCE IN THE FACILITIES, I WAS MOVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM THREE TIMES, THE FIRST ONE HAD THE AIR CONDITIONER LEAKING A LOT OF WATER INSIDE THE ROOM, THE SECOND ONE HAD ISSUES WITH THE TOILET TANK FILLING, THE THIRD ROOM THE TV SOUND WASN'T WORKING WELL, THE POOL WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE DURING MY ENTIRE STAY, I COULDN'T USE IT AND HONESTLY, I DIDN'T SEE ANYONE WORKING ON IT. ALSO, THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE WHOLE HOTEL FROM THE NIGHT I ARRIVED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, THEY GAVE ME A TEMPORARY ROOM TO USE THE BATHROOM.

The hotel is small but cozy and the facilities are very clean and comfortable. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and helpful as well as the housekeeping staff and the receptionist

The reception staff's treatment, except for the man who welcomed and said goodbye to us, but the girls at the reception didn't feel like helping you and were in a bad mood. It's a shame
