The parking. It should just be free, it’s kind of a hassle.

Room had hair on ceiling, stain on carpet, dishes left in front of another rooms door for two days, spoon outside of elevator on floor the whole stay (3 nights), no fan in bathroom.

We were not informed that you must request room cleaning every day. We should have been informed of this at check in or least post signs stating requirements. Evening snacks are horrible. They could take some lessons from Drury hotels.

Paying for parking is strange for a place where space is not lacking (not in the city center). The cleanliness of the rooms is correct but deserves a little more attention.

The room lacks brightness, especially the one overlooking the hotel atrium. The cleaning was not done satisfactorily (our room was not cleaned. No towel change) they forgot. In addition, dirty dishes or trash left by some customers sometimes remained in the common areas until the next day. The breakfast is quite disappointing, especially on weekdays when the service ends at 9 am, which is particularly early and the offer is limited. The atrium can also be noisy in the evening, which disturbs the tranquility of the rooms overlooking this area. Finally, parking is charged and the hotel is relatively far from the train stop to go to the city center.
