Where do we start. Stayed here at least 5 times before. The whole hotel has gone down in my opinion only one member of staff on desk during evening. No manager. Room had to be changed 3 times due to a leak, not correct bed etc. we had flown from England and were very jet lagged. The young girl on desk was helpful but didn’t know what to do !
