Zoetry was a lovely facility as a whole, visually. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The grounds were well cared for and the aesthetic was lovely. But where we feel they missed the mark was in the service and responsiveness.

Perfect hotel stay. The rooms are gorgeous and huge. The staff is amazing. The drinks at both bars was great. Perfect place to relax and reset.

I want to make it clear that this review is not intended to discriminate against or disrespect Zoëtry or anyone who works there. My goal is simply to point out areas that, in my opinion, need improvement so that both guests and employees can have a better experience.

Rejuvenation & Relaxation with Awesome Staff. Book It!! If you want relaxation, quietness, and calmness-Zoetry is the place for you. However, if you desire more people, socialization, buffets, and activities, you have access to Dreams Resort. Il Mare is also accessible and very nice but neither resort compares to Zoetry. Kudos to the Awesome Staff at Zoetry: Jason and Latoya are top tier Bartenders with amazing skills and friendliness. They made us feel like family. Fernando (Manager) officiates resort running smoothly, William (Chef) is a culinary expert. Chris, Anjo, Nadina, Brian, and Shelley also contributed to our great vacation and memorable 13th Wedding Anniversary.

Breakfast was OK and having the pool to ourselves most of the timewas really great too. The hotel is known to be very silent so that was great. Food is good. The rooms are fine even though we had problems with our room door. The entertainment was not much not a lot of persons wanted to participate, but we had fun regardless with the entertainer. Rayon
