Large and well-equipped room, clean, very good location, close to everything. Eaton Center is a 10-minute walk away, good restaurants nearby. We were on the 31st floor so quiet at night to sleep. I recommend this hotel.

The location is great, in the Financial District & very close to the Hop On Hop Off Tour Bus. The room was very nice with a fabulous Lake view from the 40th floor. And, every staff member we spoke to was courteous, helpful, friendly & pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay there again.

We couldn't get some TV channels in our room, (ESPN The US Open coverage) but the maintenance man really tried.
Top quality hotel in the financial district close to everything. Beautiful building, excellent staff. Good size, very comfortable room with good aircon and quality bedding. Good bar and live music. Highly recommend.

Great views from the top floor of our suite. Great location for walking to so many attractions and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. I like the ease of requesting amenities when needed.

We had a suite with a kitchenette. There were no supplies available for cooking other than a pot and pan but no cooking utensils and nothing for clean up if you did use the kitchen. You had to request everything and still that was rather inadequate.
