The room was clean, comfortable and quiet

I payed for a certain kind of room, which they did not provide us on the first night. I had to ask them to change our room to match the one we had paid for and expected for our stay. It was unfortunate, I wanted a special experience with my partner to show him my home country and Toronto with the best, and instead we were downgraded to a different room. This was disappointing.

No washing powder for the washing machine. Everyone leaves tabs for the dishwasher why not tabs for the washing machines!! Cost was significant for the size of room. Only one relaxing chair. No milk for the coffee is available in the building.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms spacious, beds comfy

It was really hard to find the hotel and instructions either on the booking or website would be great as Google maps was sending us in loops. Due to fitting a wardrobe and kitchen in where they have, the space between the two beds was very tight
