Reception: terrible, no smiles, we waited 40 minutes at the front desk for check-in, without explanations or apologies. Staff: very unfriendly. Breakfast: a paid option... but impossible to get. We had reserved and paid for breakfast. Since our flight was early in the morning, we simply asked the front desk if it was possible to prepare a takeaway basket for the airport. We were first told: 'Ask the chef.' The chef then sent us to the bar manager. The bar manager then sent us back to the front desk or the kitchen. In short, we were sent from one department to another, without anyone really taking care of our request. We finally got a definite NO. The most deplorable part was the attitude of the person who finally answered us: during our conversation, she did not once look up from her phone and notifications. We clearly felt that the customer was much less important than a message on her screen. We understand perfectly that a takeaway breakfast may not be planned or possible. However, when the customer has paid for a service, the minimum would be to show consideration, to explain the situation clearly, and above all to avoid sending them from one department to another. A very disappointing experience and a real lack of professionalism. Room: sufficient for two people, but very poorly insulated, we could hear all the noises from the corridors, cars outside, and the air conditioning was also very noisy.
