We had 2 rooms for 2 couples and checked in late for our stay. On a 90+ degree day, NEITHER air conditioning unit worked. We complained to the management and were told that they would switch our rooms the next day, which they did. However we sweltered through that first night. The “mini-bar”, an empty refrigerator, had some mold inside which we had to clean out.

We (my partner and I and another couple who are friends) had rooms 201 and 202. There was an awful odour in both rooms, but in 201 it was particularly bad. The cleaning staff can’t have not known about it! The air conditioning in 201 was noisy (sounded like a jet engine). The aircon in room 202 barely worked, and the shower tap needs fixing. The bed in 201 had a great dip in the middle; the one in 201 was rock hard. Such a shame, because if these things were addressed, it would have been a nice hotel.

One small downside that is not a criticism: Breakfast is mainly sweet and little salty
