I LOVED the bed. Honestly and truly. I've woken up with back pain for my entire life and for the 4 days for the first time of my life, the pain was gone. I don't know what bed they have but I'm considering to get it, if it's being sold in the world. The location was great as well - walking distance to anywhere in mid-town. You enter the hotel greeted by a nice smell and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job.

The elevator and lobby area can get crowded. Between checking out, checking in, waiting for checked luggages or waiting for the elevator, no one knows. It can get very disorganized in this area during "peak" hours.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many landmarks and several subway stations. It’s walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant park, and the Empire State Building. The room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff was so friendly too

A couple outlets didn’t work and the sink was slow to drain, but nothing a little maintenance can’t fix. It was so minor and didn’t impact our stay at all

Excellent location. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the warm welcome cookie with chocolate filling. The rooms are new. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photo and the shower was leaking water that wet the entire bathroom floor. But that was just a detail. My stay was great and I would definitely come back.

The apartment's acoustics are terrible. If you plan to rest a little longer until 8:30 a.m., Forget it! Housekeepers in a group banging doors and talking loudly. You can hear the neighboring rooms.
