Location; close to major subway lines. Nice size room, friendly staff, great house keeping, the steam-cleaning closet, the bidet toilet seat, and the value. Also; the 3 top NY bagel shops are all on the same block.

1) Lack of sound proofing: Noise from outside and adjacent rooms came right in. We were on the 8th fl, but it was like there was zero windows. I always travel with ear plus, and had to use them every night. 2) In the mornings we like to let fresh air into the room for an hour. There is an operable window but it is kept locked. We asked the front desk to unlock it, and they refused, saying there was a NY law that prevents this. This is total B.S., we looked it up and in-fact the NY law is the opposite, encouraging or requiring operable windows. 3) While the location is good, the street and sidewalks on this block are very filthy, as are many NY streets.

המלון אמנם במיקום טוב אבל יש ממש רעש מהחדר. אנשי איסוף האשפה מגיעים ב-04:00 וגם ב-05:00 בבוקר ועושים הרבה רעש.
