This was a fun midtown find. It's a Japanese-inspired hotel, complete with Japanese toilets in the room and a Japanese restaurant. The staff was super kind, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and even Times Square. It's also literally right next door to Best Bagel, which is an excellent breakfast spot. The room we had was a great size for NYC, as well.

This was a fun midtown find. It's a Japanese-inspired hotel, complete with Japanese toilets in the room and a Japanese restaurant. The staff was super kind, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and even Times Square. It's also literally right next door to Best Bagel, which is an excellent breakfast spot. The room we had was a great size for NYC, as well.

We had a room facing W. 35th, and it was quite noisy at night and early in the morning; the soundproofing on the windows isn't great. The ice machine (there's only one) also wasn't working for me when I went to get water and ice, though it worked for my friend the next day so that was perhaps a fluke. We also were in town during several big events (US Open and Harry Styles concerts), so the nightly rate was pretty high for what you get.

It was my first time using an LG styler and it was amazing. The hotel is located just a couple blocks from Amtrak at Penn Station and 3 blocks from Javits Convention Center. The hotel staff were helpful and mostly friendly. Luggage storage was convenient (luggage got jailed haha). There was even an umbrella provided!

My main complaint is finding hairs tangled in the clean towels. I don't doubt the towels were clean (they smelled and felt fine) but it definitely looked like the hair got washed into them and I had found them on 3. The street below was also surprisingly loud considering how high up I was, so if you're sensitive to sounds you may want to consider earplugs.

Fantastic location close to whatever you might need. Penn Station (and Madison Square Garden!) is one block over and you can pretty much get to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens from there. We had a great trip, and the staff were super helpful with everything we needed. Will for sure return next time.

Un punto débil es no ofrecer desayuno, aunque haya opciones cerca. Nuestro vuelo fue cancelado, por lo que llegamos un día tarde: el hotel no tuvo ninguna consideración al cobrarnos la primera noche, a pesar de haberles avisado previamente; me consta que en otros establecimientos tienen otra respuesta. 2 días consecutivos no nos hicieron la habitación. La escasez de armarios y dónde guardar la ropa parece ser habitual en todos los hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado en USA

Muy céntrico, está cerca de todo! Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Dispusimos de nevera y caja fuerte. Muy limpio. Muchas cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor

El ruido de las calles de alrededor. Se escuchan sirenas de ambulancias y policia durante dia y noche. Tuvimos un poco de lio con el pago con las tarjetas, pero se solucionó comentándolo con el personal de recepción.
