Like the hotel staff they were friendly and very helpfull. The hot tub was wonderfull location was great too. The hotel feel cozy and relaxing. Well priced too. Location was not bad either walking distance from banff center

The pool opens a bit late it would be nice to have a dip early in the morning before leaving. Plus my room key keeps having problem the time we were there had to go down the front desk twice to have it fix.but the staff was always ready to help. the light in the room for me was a bit dark maybe add one bulb by the door. But over all the hotel was nice and would love to stay here again

The hot tub was an amazing addition. They were close to a bus stop which was great as we had free passes from the hotel and used the bus during our stay

The room was worn and rundown. There was no water pressure in the shower and it needs a refresh

Hot tub à rénover, peu agréable, trop chaud surtout! Chambres sombres au res de chaussée avec rapport qualité prix très négatif!
