The Wi-Fi simply did not work in the rooms, the TV programming was very limited, and the ice machine on the floor did not work. There was no minibar in the room.
The location was great. It was easy to walk around or use transportation. There were clean towels and sheets.

One night we saw a cockroach in the room and called reception. However, because he did not know how to handle the situation, he ignored us. I had to go downstairs and ask for bug spray, and he just said we had to wait until morning. I had to make him call the manager and send someone to get bug spray. The receptionist did not handle the situation.
