Hard to find the place at night. Poor lighting, signage. Ice machines don't work. Small rooms. Slow elevators. No coffee or water in the lobby.

$50 resort fee charged per day, but it’s definitely not a resort. Website says it covers WiFi, a gym, and Folgers coffee. Not quite worth $50/day. Felt like a bit of a money grab. Bathroom was a bit dated. Paint peeling off the door. Bathroom door didn’t close well. Expected a bit better condition for $400/night.

The elevators and the street noise. The elevators (2 for the entire property) take forever and often sit on floors without moving. The absolute worst thing about the property though is the street noise. I had two weeks at this property on level 8 and apart from the traffic noise, sirens and construction noise, you can clearly hear people’s conversations from the street. For a couple of nights I’m sure this is doable but for a two week stay, it was incredibly frustrating by the end. Never a solid night’s sleep.
