1 day before my arrival I was contacted that due to a technical error I would not get my room, they would take care of another room in their chain... Upon protesting with a confirmed booking at Booking, after half an hour, it was said that the problem had been solved for me... On-site check-in is only possible through tablets... On-site staff is neither friendly, nor German-speaking, nor competent

Excellent location. Overall, a very cute hotel. Service staff are friendly and nice.

The hotel mainly falls short in small things. They do not leave water in the room and there is no place in the hotel to fill water bottles, no phone in the room if you want to speak to reception and ask for something. There is a socket only on one side of the bed (and it is quite far). There is no body lotion. And all sorts of things like that. It is important to mention that at least in my room, the shower and sink are in the same space as the room. It is not suitable for everyone.
