住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.7
Generally reported as clean across multiple reviews; some isolated issues with incomplete housekeeping (e.g., unwashed cups, occasional missed replenishment).
- Service8.2
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful, but there are recurring service lapses (room service not replenishing coffee/tea, room not ready on time).
- Location9.4
Consistently praised as central and ideal for city trips; many guests explicitly highlight the excellent location and easy access to transport and attractions.
- Room Quality7.6
Mixed to negative notes: several guests mention small/odd room layouts (shower/sink in bedroom), limited storage, noisy nights from rooftop events, and some maintenance issues (broken bathroom door, poor shower water flow).
- Amenities7.8
Rooftop terrace and lobby bar are positives, but guests report the rooftop being closed/private at times, lack of in-room fridge, minimal toiletries, one small elevator, and occasional noise from events.
- Value for Money8.5
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Food and Beverage8.9
Breakfast is often described as good (buffet praised), though some note it was less extensive than on prior stays or unavailable very early; bar and terrace drinks are viewed positively.
- Overall Experience8.9
Overall positive impressions across stays: modern, nicely designed hotel with great location and friendly staff, tempered by issues like occasional noise, rooftop availability, and small room constraints.
