1. Pathetic Room Service: I checked in to find no coffee kit in my room. I called to request one, along with some dining plates. No one ever showed up for 1 hr and multiple calls, so I had to walk down to reception and carry the plates up myself. When I called again for the coffee next morning, it took another 30-minute wait and a follow-up reminder just to get it. You do not expect this abysmal level of service from a 4-star hotel. 2. Zero Empathy from Reservations: The day after booking, my travel partner experienced a tragic personal loss. We contacted the hotel immediately, but the reservation team was completely rigid and refused to accommodate any dates changes. They clearly care more about keeping your money than helping a guest facing a genuine crisis that no body could have pre-empted. 3. Rigid Staff and Poor Care: The hotel allows a 3 PM check-in but demands a 12 PM checkout. Because my flight was delayed, I asked for just one extra hour—which still gave housekeeping plenty of time before the next check-in. The staff flatly denied it, choosing rigid policy over basic hospitality and personal attention.
Nice modern hotel. Beautiful green area. Friendly staff, Ukrainian-speaking. Wonderful breakfasts, a wide range of products. Everything is clean, hotel service is at a shock level. Daily change of towels, water in the room, tea, coffee, coffee machine. Really liked it. Will definitely stay there again.
