What they did to me was irresponsible because on the third day of my reservation they blocked the door of room 1137 from the 4th to the 11th. I made my reservation via booking, and I paid in cash the total of 3,176 dollars. On the 9th day, they blocked the door under the excuse that supposedly I only paid 1,617 dollars. I told them I am not the president's daughter to stay paying half of the reservation, and if I am inside the room, it's because I paid 100% plus 500 dollars for incidents. I told them, look, if I am here, it's because I paid. And after 1 hour, they gave us a key and said they would call us the next day, but they never did, no apology, nothing.

I didn't like that in addition to what was paid, they charge for parking. They should be more considerate to guests. Additionally, the lobby staff had a very bad attitude.
