The room generally corresponded to the description! Small, but quiet and clean! The hotel offers a luggage room where suitcases can be stored after checkout until departure. Friendly staff at the reception. About 300 meters from the hotel is the Gare de Lyon train station, from where you can easily explore the entire city by metro, train, or bus.

The breakfast mainly consisted of packaged foods that were unpacked and served. Pancakes and egg omelets were regularly cold (taken from the fridge packaging to the display)! The clearing service in the small breakfast room could have worked better/faster and more thoroughly. Disposable table covers were sometimes reused. Email inquiries before the trip were not answered by the hotel!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I made my reservation well in advance and, on the actual day of check-in, when I contacted the accommodation to let them know what time I would be arriving, I was informed that they had experienced a system issue and that there were no rooms available. I completely understand that technical issues or unexpected problems can happen, but the least they could have done was inform me in advance, rather than telling me when I was already in the city and had been relying on this reservation for a long time. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The woman I spoke to completely washed her hands of the situation and, instead of trying to find a solution or showing the slightest bit of empathy, she was quite rude. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of how the reservation was handled and the customer service I received. I would never book here again and I definitely do not recommend this place. The room was very clean, I think recently renovated, with sufficient dimensions for three people who spend the day outside, comfortable beds and no noise.

They did not replenish our toiletries for two days, and we had to call both days to get those items and be able to shower.
