All the staff were very ashmera and the Ukrainian guy at reception was very helpful in need nothing was too much trouble. I did book only female roon with bottom bed. After 2 room changes I was put into room 336 which I shared with 2 men and young women this was not acceptable theroom was dirty with rubbish under my bed it was very dusty. We did request it to be cleaned twice. Yet this was only done once and not very good only bin was changed and new loo roll given. What I will say is I think there are bed bugs because I couldn't stop itching once I was in bed and I was bitten around my neck arms legs. Usually this never happens to me not even if im abroad. My sleep was not restful for the 5 nights I was there.

Cleanliness of the room Bed bugs. Having to share with two men My food and Milk being removed or eaten out of the fridge Load noise from either within the building or from the Bar below.

I cut my fingers on two different surfaces. (Soap dispenser and the check in computer). Requested a bottom bunk because of disability, gave me a top bunk. Room was so hot, woke up sweating.

It was well located and the staff very nice. We had a single room with a bathroom and I liked that the shower was in the same bathroom

The common areas were dirty, in general the facilities were not well maintained and there were many things half broken. And the mattresses on the beds were like mats
