Beds were filthy bedding wet mattresses torn and badly stained. Room not ready until after 4 and not cleaned properly.

Bunk beds are noisy,little lamp next to bed didn't work,no plugs if you are on the top of the bed,no just 2 showers and 2 toilets for a 10 room people.The condition of the room leaves much to desire.You barely can sleep with all the noises of beds and people.Check-in through the app was a mess,didn't work properly,didn't give you the electronic key so u ended up waiting to get one in reception,even the workers seemed like not knowing what they were doing.Paid for breakfast more than 11 pounds and nobody was checking it so I could see everyone was getting breakfast without have paid.Breakfast is crap,really basic. I wouldn't stay more than a night and even like this you won't rest at all.
