A bit expensive. Breakfast is good and varied but if you have early morning excursions that don't allow you to enjoy breakfast, they give you a little bag with a lightly filled sandwich, a fruit, and a water... nothing compared to the breakfast. It's a shame, a style slip that, considering the price, they shouldn't allow!

The breakfast staff and the dinner staff at the restaurant are excellent. Complete and varied breakfast. Excellent option if you are traveling with children because it has all the amenities, heating, and a restaurant open until 9:00 pm with good prices and quality. They also accommodate any dietary needs or stomach aches you may have. 24-hour reception with oxygen in case of altitude sickness. Tea and coffee area inside the hotel. It has two courtyards to relax and have tea. I recommend it for your visits to Cusco.

The photos on the booking site do not reflect the reality of the accommodation. Outdated accommodations and unprepared staff. At the end of our stay, they wanted to charge us for minibar consumption that we didn't have and even insinuated that we were lying.

Hotel restaurant closed at 19:40. Tea making facilities disappeared in the afternoon. Breakfast was poor - toaster was apparently broken, bread was rock hard, and coffee was disgusting. WiFi was unreliable and kept dropping out.
