住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.5

Rooms frequently described as clean and spacious, but isolated incidents (small cockroach in a shower) and some small maintenance/cleanliness issues were reported.

• Service9.6

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, attentive and helpful (mentions of Bruno, bagagerie service, staff taking photos); one report noted unmet heating requests but overall service is a strong positive.

• Location9.4

Multiple reviews highlight a very good location (around a 9–10 minute walk to the central plaza, well placed in the historic center).

• Room Quality8.5

Rooms are described as roomy with good showers and comfortable beds by many, but some guests reported uncomfortable beds, privacy issues with open bathrooms, and heating problems in winter.

• Amenities8.2

Breakfast and basic amenities (bagagerie, portable radiators in some rooms) are positives, but missing minibar/safe, spotty Wi‑Fi and a few maintenance shortcomings reduce the score.

• Value for Money9.2

Several guests noted good value ('bom custo benefício', deserving of a higher star rating) and praised the overall cost-to-quality balance.

• Food and Beverage9.5

Breakfast is repeatedly described as very good, varied and plentiful; one comment noted instances of cold items, but overall breakfast is a clear strength.

• Overall Experience9.1

Overall very positive impressions: charming boutique atmosphere, relaxed stay and many strong recommendations, tempered by occasional maintenance, privacy and heating issues.
